Job summary

DaBella seeks a Canvass Supervisor to lead a proactive field-team handling neighborhood canvassing, scheduling inspections, and supporting the sales team without closing deals.

You will recruit, train, and coach canvassers, track daily activity, and collaborate with leadership. Outdoor work, a valid driver’s license, and Saturday availability are required; base pay is $22.50/hour with uncapped bonuses.

Qualifications

• Active, boots-on-the-ground canvassing role requiring walking neighborhoods.
• Strong communication and resilience to rejection.
• Ability to work outdoors in varied weather.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Availability Monday–Saturday.
• Use of personal cell phone for work communications.

Responsibilities

• Lead & motivate the canvass team to meet daily/weekly goals.
• Recruit and onboard new canvassers; conduct screenings/interviews.
• Provide coaching and actionable feedback for performance improvement.
• Track daily canvassing activities and team performance.
• Collaborate with leadership on outreach strategies and team development.
• Safely operate a company van transporting canvassers.
