Job summary

DaBella is seeking a Canvass Supervisor to lead from the front in our field marketing team. You’ll motivate a canvass crew, recruit new members, and coordinate schedules for inspections and estimates.

This boots-on-the-ground role requires active outdoor work and the ability to thrive under rejection, with uncapped bonus potential. You’ll train and mentor teammates, track performance, and support outreach strategies in the field.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and coaching skills to develop a field team.
• Excellent communication and rapport-building with team members and customers.
• Ability to recruit, screen, and onboard new canvassers.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
• Willingness to walk neighborhoods for extended periods, in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the canvass team to hit daily/weekly goals.
• Provide coaching and feedback to improve performance.
• Recruit and onboard new canvassers, including screen interviews.
• Track daily activities and team performance; report to leadership.
• Safely operate company van and coordinate field logistics.
