Job summary

DaBella is seeking a Canvass Supervisor to lead from the front, coordinating a field team across neighborhoods and scheduling inspections for the sales team. This role emphasizes active fieldwork, recruiting new canvassers, and mentoring staff to hit daily and weekly targets.

You'll coach, motivate, and model strong work ethic while managing outreach, performance tracking, and real-world scheduling. A valid driver's license and willingness to work outdoors are required.
