Job summary

DaBella is seeking a Canvass Supervisor to lead a growing field team and drive performance through hands-on leadership in the neighborhoods. You will recruit, train, and coach canvassers, set daily goals, and collaborate with sales to arrange inspections and estimates.

This in-person role requires energetic leadership and a willingness to work outdoors in varying weather. You will manage outreach initiatives, monitor canvassing metrics, and coordinate transportation for the team as needed.

Qualifications

• Walk neighborhoods for extended periods; this is an active, boots-on-ground role.
• Strong communicators who aren’t afraid of rejection.
• Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions.
• A valid driver’s license and a good driving record are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the canvass team to meet daily/weekly goals.
• Provide coaching, mentorship, and feedback for performance improvement.
• Recruit and build the team; conduct screenings and interviews.
• Onboard and train new members to ensure early success.
• Track daily canvassing activities and team performance.
• Collaborate with leadership on outreach strategies and development.
• Safely operate a company van transporting canvassers to neighborhoods.
