Job summary

DaBella is seeking a Canvass Supervisor in Las Vegas to lead a team of canvassers in outdoor, boots-on-the-ground outreach. You will schedule inspections, recruit new members, and mentor the team to hit daily and weekly goals while staying active in the field.

You will drive a company-provided van, coordinate with sales, and participate in ongoing leadership development. This role emphasizes field presence, mentorship, and performance earnings.

Qualifications

• Walk neighborhoods for extended periods — active, boots-on-the-ground role.
• Strong communicators who aren’t afraid of rejection.
• Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions.
• Available Monday– Saturdays.
• Use of a personal cell phone for work-related communication, scheduling, and operational needs.
• A valid driver’s license and a good driving record.

• Recruit & Build the Team: Assist with recruiting new canvassers; Conduct phone screenings and interviews; Help onboard and train new team members so they are set up for success.
• Operations & Field Support: Track daily canvassing activities and team performance; Collaborate with leadership on outreach strategies and team development; Safely operate a company-provided van to transport canvassers to and from neighborhoods.

This role is perfect for someone outgoing, organized, and driven, with the ability to motivate a team while remaining active in the field. As a Canvass Supervisor, you’ll knock on doors alongside your team, schedule free inspections and estimates for the sales team (no closing required). Recruit new team members and help develop your and your team’s skills.

This isn’t just a management position — it’s an opportunity to grow your leadership skills, mentor others, and directly impact team performance and earnings.

Compensation

• Uncapped performance bonuses
• Average supervisors earn $1,500 – $3,000/month in bonuses
• Top supervisors exceed $4,000/month in bonuses
• $22.50/hour base pay

Requirements
