Job summary

Revolution Field Strategies seeks a Canvass Manager for a voter registration program in Delaware County/Philadelphia PA. You will recruit, train, and supervise canvassers and work with leadership to reach ambitious goals.

Expect 6-day weeks with long hours in peak season; in-field canvassing and office training are required. The position is full-time and immediately available through November 15, 2026.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
• Desire to help register voters and support field operations.
• Must have access to personal transportation and provide proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assist with training and management of canvassers in the field.
• Work with leadership to implement and improve the training program.
• Commit to extended hours, including evenings and weekends when needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
