Job summary

Revolution Field Strategies is seeking canvassers to participate in voter registration programs in the Greater Philadelphia Area and surrounding collar counties. This is an entry-level, in-person role with no experience required, offering an hourly rate of $24-$26 and up to 40 hours per week.

Paid training provided; gas reimbursement of $5 per shift; opportunities for leadership and promotions. You will engage with voters, present scripts, and help register Pennsylvania residents to vote.

Qualifications

• Entry-level position, no experience necessary.
• Must be able to stand/walk for long periods (up to 6 hours per day).
• Ability to memorize and recite scripts provided.
• Consistently meet daily and weekly conversation goals.
• Must have access to reliable personal transportation.

Responsibilities

• Speak with voters and help people register to vote.
• Visit high traffic public areas and register Pennsylvania residents.
• Use a cell phone to track and submit data.
• Engage with community members to promote voter participation.
• Meet performance goals and attendance expectations.
