Job summary

Revolution Field Strategies is seeking a Canvass Manager for a Voter Registration Program in Delaware County/Philadelphia PA. Canvass Managers will recruit, train, and manage canvassers who will register voters in the greater Philadelphia area.

This full-time role requires 40+ hours per week, typically 6-day weeks with long hours, with training provided. You will work with Regional Organizing Directors and Operations to reach goals, and can extend into the 2026 election season.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork.
• Desire to help register voters.
• Must have access to personal transportation and provide proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assist with training and management of canvassers in the field, including pre-shift briefings and post-shift debriefings.
• Work with the Regional Organizer and Project Director to implement, adjust, and improve the training program.
• Work extended hours, with 6-day, 60+ hour weeks from mid-March through May, with possible extension.
• Other duties as assigned.
