Job summary

Mad City Windows & Baths, a Renuity company, is seeking a Field Marketing Manager to lead a door-to-door marketing team driving local awareness and lead generation in the Cincinnati area. You will recruit, staff, train, coach, and motivate your team, attend weekly management meetings, and provide ROI reporting to exceed objectives.

• Face to Face Marketing or Lead Setting experience a plus (canvassing or promoting).
• Prior leadership experience.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize.

What We Offer

• Competitive base salary plus performance-based bonus & commission structure
• Average Managers can make between $75K - $110K per year with above average managers earning upwards of $150K+ per year.
