Job summary

Threshold Giving seeks a Team Leader to manage campaigns across active markets, including Tampa/St. Petersburg, FL. You will train new hires, coach performance, run daily debriefs, and lead field operations to maximize fundraising impact.

You will canvas consistently, monitor metrics, identify top performers, and cultivate the next generation of leaders while earning a base pay of $27 per hour plus bonuses.

TEAM LEADER

Team Leaders turn individual talent into team strength. You will train new hires, coach performance, run daily debriefs, support operations, and help develop the next generation of Threshold leaders — while still setting the pace in the field yourself. F2F experience field fundraising is required.

What You’ll Do

• Train new hires and coach ongoing staff development
• Lead daily debriefs and deliver direct, useful feedback

The Team Leader Standard

• 2.0 Personal donor target per shift
• 1.6 Minimum personal average
• 40 Team donors per week
• $27/hr base pay + bonuses
• Bonus structure: Donor #6 earns $100, plus another $100 for every donor beyond that (chargebacks apply).
