Responsibilities

• Build, organize, and update Canvas course modules, pages, assignments, quizzes, materials.
• Work with subject matter experts to convert content into online learning experiences.
• Explore LMS features to support instruction and progress.
• Investigate issues, reproduce solutions, test them, and document findings.
• Differentiate configuration issues, user errors, and defects; seek vendor help when needed.
• Test courses from the student perspective for navigation and completion.
• Write clear student instructions and internal docs with proper English grammar.
• Maintain consistent formatting, usability, and accessibility in materials.
• Communicate progress and raise obstacles early.
• Assist with WordPress website updates and development as needed.
