Job summary

Aareon is seeking an experienced Brand Systems Designer to build its Canva ecosystem from the ground up. Your objective is to create the design infrastructure that enables a growing organisation to produce high-quality, on-brand collateral at scale, translating the evolving design system into Canva with governed templates and reusable components.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Creative leads and product teams to support the branded-house rollout, establish governance, and empower teams

Qualifications

• Extensive Canva experience and enterprise Canva implementations.
• Ability to design self-service template ecosystems for non-design users.
• Experience translating brand guidelines into scalable workflows.
• Strong graphic design capability and understanding of visual identity systems.
• Experience supporting brand transitions and identity rollouts.

Responsibilities

• Canva Brand System Architecture: design and build Aareon’s Canva enterprise environment and governance.
• Template Library Development: create templates for marketing, sales, customer success and corporate communications.
• Branded House Rollout Support: translate brand standards into Canva assets and workflows.
• Governance & Enablement: establish guidelines, create training materials and enable self-service.
• Design Systems & Asset Management: maintain Canva assets and ensure alignment with brand standards.
