Job summary

Hadrian is seeking a Brand Designer to own and scale our brand system across all channels. You will be heavily hands-on at first, producing campaign assets, out-of-home materials, social and recruiting assets, and presentations, while building templates and a coherent design language.

Over time, you’ll define the design language and lead partners to apply it. You’ll bring 6+ years in brand or visual design, with a strong portfolio in industrial or hardware contexts, and you’ll defend brand

Qualifications

• Portfolio showing range across digital, print or large format, and environmental or physical work.
• 6+ years in brand or visual design, in-house or agency.
• Craft and speed: execution delivered at pace.
• Built brand systems, guidelines, or template libraries.
• Knowledge of print/large-format production and color management.
• Able to brief and critique external partners clearly.
• Comfort being the sole designer and setting standards.

Responsibilities

• Produce the work across campaigns, OOH, social, recruiting assets, events, and presentations.
• Define and document Hadrian's brand system (typography, color, layout, imagery).
• Build templates and toolkits for non-designers to produce on-brand material.
• Direct photography and video in factories and shoots with shot lists.
• Set direction and defend our brand with reasoning beyond taste.
