The role focuses on practical visual systems, ensuring accessibility and readability while maintaining brand consistency across curricula and learning materials.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of professional graphic design experience required.
• Advanced Canva proficiency with template development and Brand Kits.
• Experience designing within established brand guidelines and visual systems.
• Strong portfolio showing reusable templates and information design assets.
• Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, learner-friendly visuals.
• Solid understanding of visual hierarchy, readability, and accessibility.
• Ability to build flexible templates for non-designers.

Responsibilities

• Design a reusable library of instructional assets and editable templates in Canva.
• Apply brand standards: colors, typography, imagery, logo usage, and guidelines.
• Create flexible templates for non-designers to update and reuse.
• Collaborate with curriculum, content, and project teams to standardize design needs.
• Develop icons, illustrations, graphics, and callouts for courses.
• Create course banners, headers, worksheets, and learner guides.
• Design diagrams, infographics, timelines, and concept maps.
