Teachers of Tomorrow is seeking an Instructional Graphic Designer to build a repeatable visual system for online learning. You will craft a Canva-based library of templates, icons, diagrams, and visuals that educators can reuse across courses, aligned with brand standards.

This role emphasizes practical systems thinking, accessibility, and collaboration with curriculum and content teams to deliver learner-friendly visuals.

Qualifications

• At least two years of professional graphic design experience.
• Advanced Canva proficiency, including template development and Brand Kits.
• Experience designing within brand guidelines and visual systems.
• Strong portfolio featuring reusable templates, icons, infographics, or info design.
• Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, engaging visuals for learners.
• Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, accessibility, readability, and layout.
• Ability to build flexible templates that are easy for non-designers to maintain.
• Excellent organization and ability to manage multiple deliverables.

Responsabilités

• Design a reusable library of instructional assets and editable templates in Canva.
• Apply brand standards, colors, typography, imagery, logo usage, and guidelines.
• Create flexible templates that non-designers can update and reuse.
• Partner with curriculum, content, and project teams to standardize design needs.
• Develop icons, illustrations, graphics, image treatments, callouts, and visuals.
• Create course banners, module headers, lesson graphics, worksheets, and workbooks.
• Design diagrams, infographics, timelines, and information-design assets.
• Organize templates and assets with clear naming and scalable structure.
• Incorporate stakeholder feedback while maintaining brand consistency, usability, accessibility.
• Apply strong visual hierarchy, readability, and accessibility in every deliverable.
