Hyatt is opening Arriba Abajo, a Cantina-themed restaurant, inside the Thompson and Tommie Austin, Downtown Austin. We are seeking Hosts who warmly welcome guests, guide seating, and help craft a memorable dining experience for hotel guests and locals alike.

As a Host, you will influence the guest journey through thoughtful seating, recommendations, and a poised, friendly demeanor in a fast-paced environment that embodies the Hyatt Touch.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service required.
• Ability to multi task in a fast-paced environment.
• Refined verbal communication skills.
• Desire to satisfy guests and provide outstanding service.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, welcome them warmly, and manage the seating process.
• Assist with table accommodations and dining room flow.
• Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about the Arriba Abajo concept.
• Serve as a friendly touchpoint to ensure guest satisfaction during dining.
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a smooth guest experience.
