Job summary

Pacific Office Automation seeks an Experienced Canon Copier/Printer Field Service Technician to join our San Antonio service team. You will service Canon and other major office equipment at key accounts, diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Certification and hands-on experience with Canon product lines is required.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written; strong customer service skills.
• Strong relationship management skills with customers, vendors and employees within the company.
• Demonstrates initiative with the ability to seek out relevant information prior to making timely decisions.
• Must have strong ethics and work as an effective, collaborative team member.

Responsibilities

• Perform service calls on Canon copiers/printers at assigned accounts.
• Maintain technical knowledge on all Canon products and related equipment.
• Meet or exceed productivity and inventory targets, cost controls.
• Make recommendations to Branch Technical Manager for training needs.
• Coordinate with service team for tech-assist calls and escalations.
