Job summary

Auberge Resorts Collection’s Mauna Lani property seeks a Host/Hostess for CanoeHouse, our flagship fine dining room, during the holiday season. The role requires greeting guests with warmth, guiding seating and coordinating with servers to maintain a luxurious pace and ambience.

Candidates should have prior host/hostess experience in a luxury hotel setting; high school diploma preferred; tuberculosis clearance is required; CPR/First Aid credentials preferred.

Job Description

This is a temporary position from December 23, 2026 through January 6, 2027 during the festive season.

The base salary for this position is $24.05 hourly.

The Host is the guest's first impression of our flagship, fine dining restaurant, CanoeHouse. This person holds a very important role as they set the tone, pace and vibe for the room with a warm greeting, eye contact and aloha. Proper, accurate and kind escorting is critical along with managing reservations, server stations and timing patterns of our guests. This person has a complete working knowledge of the menu and menu ingredients. The successful candidate will work in a face paced and high volume work environment and provide consistent luxury guest experience. Previous Host/Hostess experience in a luxury hotel environment preferred.
