Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and procedure manuals.
• Ability to communicate with others verbally and written.

Responsibilities

• Keep the floor free from production debris by sweeping, shoveling or washing product from the floors and disposing into proper bins if needed.
• Assist in completing rework as directed by supervisor.
• Responsible for helping unload cans from baskets.
• Safely operating a machine for Fill Room, Peanut Pad, or Freezer Greens Cutter.
• Responsible for stacking cans on pallets, using the Brite Stacker.
• Responsible for setting up for the next days production.
• Additional responsibilities may be assigned based on production/canning needs.
