Job summary

Good Day Farm is seeking a Budtender to greet patients, assist with product selections, and ensure an exceptional customer experience in our retail space.

You will advise on cannabis products based on needs and budgets, stay informed on new products and industry trends, and handle payments via our POS system while maintaining a clean, organized storefront and upholding all safety and compliance policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience as a Budtender preferred but not required.
• Ability to pass a background check and obtain a state facility agent card.
• Knowledge of cannabis strains and their medicinal benefits.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and customer-service skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and guide product selections to meet needs.
• Advise on cannabis products based on budgets and preferences.
• Keep abreast of new cannabis products and industry trends.
• Process payments using the dispensary's POS system.
• Keep the store clean and well-organized.
• Educate patients on the safe use of cannabis products.
• Weigh, package, and label products as required.
• Verify patient age and credentials for entry and purchase.
• Maintain inventory and stock the sales floor.
• Open/close duties as assigned.
• Follow company and state compliance policies.
• Assist with other duties as needed.
