Job summary

Cresco Labs is seeking a Wellness Advisor for Sunnyside dispensaries in the United States. You will assist customers in selecting cannabis products, provide education, and ensure compliance with state regulations from check-in to checkout.

This role emphasizes excellent service, product knowledge, and accurate POS handling. Candidates should have a high school diploma, at least 1 year of customer service experience, and be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to engage with customers.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds (100 pounds with assistance).
• Flexibility to work opening, closing, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, ensuring a best-in-class experience.
• Build customer relationships by listening to needs and offering product education.
• Assist customers in product selection and explain different cannabis products.
• Verify documentation and IDs for customers and ensure accurate order dispensing.
