Job summary

Fawn River Cultivation Company in Constantine, Michigan is seeking a Material Handler to oversee inbound, outbound and internal inventory, ensuring accurate documentation and compliant receipt in ERP and METRC.

You will collaborate with purchasing, manufacturing and accounting, perform audits, maintain organized records, and move goods to storage while upholding safety and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Must possess expert counting, tracking, and inventory management skills.
• Highly organized with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate a forklift if needed.
• Experience with ERP systems and METRC compliance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inbound, outbound and internal inventory transactions.
• Coordinate supplier purchase order information with accounting.
• Review invoices and packing slips for accuracy and quality.
• Communicate with manufacturing, purchasing and other departments to resolve discrepancies.
• Audit physical inventory to align with system records and locations.
• Set up and manage new items and SKUs in ERP system.
• Record receipt details in ERP and METRC systems.
• Monitor inventory levels and update forecasts as needed.
• Move received goods to storage locations in warehouse and vaults.
• Keep warehouse clean, safe and organized.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile records.
• Identify anomalies, troubleshoot and update procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
