Job summary

TerrAscend is seeking an Operations Supervisor - Vault/Inventory to lead daily warehouse activities in a cannabis facility. You will oversee leads and technicians, manage safety, quality, delivery, and compliance, and coordinate with other departments to ensure accurate inventory and on-time shipments.

Candidates should have 2–4 years cannabis experience in a similar role, a high school diploma, strong attention to detail, data accuracy, and good communication.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate integrity, safety, quality and innovation.
• Provide accountability for Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Teamwork.
• Design, create and improve process procedures.
• Lead Leads to meet daily/weekly goals.
• Coach and counsel staff to maintain consistency.
• Adhere to policies and SOPs set by management and state law.
• Direct Technicians and Drivers on schedules and changes.
• Perform counts and quality checks; report inventory.
• Investigate discrepancies in reported quantities and locations.
• Assess inventory output to identify productivity trends.
• File claims for defective products.
• Check expiration and manage removal or transfer of products.
• Pick and pack orders; verify quantities.
• Create and maintain delivery schedules; coordinate with sites.
• Communicate with internal and third-party customers.
• Maintain Standard Operating Procedures.
• Mentor Leads and train new staff.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Review processing supplies and coordinate replacements.
