Job summary

TerrAscend is seeking a Vault Technician at its Hagerstown, MD facility to pick and package orders for drivers and to intake finished products in the grow/processing area.

Responsibilities include counts, quality checks, discrepancy investigation, and completing compliance forms, with lifting up to 50 lbs and PPE required in a plant-matter environment. On-site work in Maryland with a focus on safety and accuracy.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
• Clear communication with team members and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Perform counts and quality checks to ensure inventory accuracy and report per policy.
• Investigate and correct discrepancies in quantities and locations of inventory.
• File claims when defective products are discovered.
• Check expiration dates and coordinate removal or transfer of expired products.
• Complete compliance forms regularly.
