Job summary

TerrAscend seeks an Operations role overseeing Vault activities, inventory integrity, and daily warehouse operations. You will lead Leads and Technicians, ensure safety, quality, and timely delivery, and maintain accurate data and logs in a fast-paced cannabis facility.

You will mentor staff, help train new team members, and uphold SOPs while coordinating with other departments to maintain smooth operation and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of cannabis experience in the same or a similar role.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• High attention to detail while multi-tasking.
• Ability to maintain accurate data and logs.
• Must pass a background check.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate integrity, safety, quality, service, and innovation.
• Lead and guide Leads to meet daily/weekly productivity and quality goals.
• Design, create, and improve department processes and SOPs.
• Coordinate delivery schedules with Drivers and other departments.
• Perform inventory counts, investigate discrepancies, and report trends.
• Fulfill pick/pack orders and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Mentor Leads and technicians; assist training activities.
• Ensure compliance forms are completed and policies followed.
