Job summary

Bud's Goods of New Jersey seeks a Vault Manager to oversee inventory of bulk cannabis, raw goods, and packaged products in Linden, NJ. You will ensure compliant receipt, storage, auditing, and movement of inventory, including Metrc tagging and waste procedures.

The role reports to the Plant Manager and requires strong organizational, analytical, and leadership skills, with experience in regulated environments and a minimum of 2 years in management. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Strong management experience in a regulated environment is preferred.
• Experience with inventory controls and manufacturing workflows in cannabis is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive cannabis deliveries and update inventory tracking software.
• Prepare outgoing manifests and ensure proper storage.
• Supply bulk cannabis and Metrc tags for packaging workflows.
• Organize cannabis for sorting and assign Metrc tags.
• Manage inventory of packaged goods for retail fulfillment.
• Maintain vault organization and track locations of products and tags.
• Oversee waste procedures and document waste materials.
• Conduct routine audits to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Ensure vault climate control and storage conditions.
