Job summary

Verona Collective, located in Upstate New York, is hiring a Cannabis Vault Fulfillment Technician to join the Logistics team. You will process orders, pick and pack, perform QA for compliance and accuracy, and assist with inventory checks in a vault environment.

The role requires basic computer skills, ability to use Word/Excel, and strong attention to detail. Must be 21+, capable of standing up to 10 hours, and able to lift up to 50 pounds. Work is on-site in Verona.

Responsibilities

• Printing compliant labels for order processing.

• Labeling product locations.
• Assist in audits/cycle counts weekly or as needed.
• Assist with new operations projects as needed.
• Basic computer literacy and be able to use Microsoft Word and Excel, as well as being able to type and send emails.
• Ability to work independently throughout the day in accordance with instructions.

We are seeking a Cannabis Vault Fulfillment Technician who will be a member of our Logistics team and is responsible for order processing, packing, quality assurance, counting, and reconciliation. The Fulfillment Technician will report directly to the Inventory Manager.

Responsibilities Include:

• Printing compliant labels for order processing
• Picking and packing orders
• Performing QA on orders for compliance and accuracy
• Assisting with sales orders and manifest creation in the State track and trace system
• Inventory vault counts and product check-in
• Labelling product locationsi>n
• Assist in performing audits/cycle counts weekly or as neededi>n
• Assist with new operations projects as needed
• Basic computer literacy and be able to use Microsoft Word and Excel, as well as being able to type and send emails.
• Ability to work independently throughout the day in accordance with instructions.
• Must have a proactive attitude, and demonstrate consistent attention to detail
• Basic math skills are required
• Any other tasks as assigned by Inventory Manager
