Job description

Job Title: Cannabis Technician
Company: Baked Beans Farm
Location: Beverly, Massachusetts

Join a Team That's Building Something Big

Baked Beans Farm is not your average cannabis company. We are a fast-growing Massachusetts manufacturer producing high-quality infused cannabis products including pre-rolls, infused pre-rolls, edibles, concentrates, and vape products. We also support white-label and co-packing partners, which means our team moves fast, works hard, and plays a major role in building products that reach shelves across the state.

We are looking for driven, hard-working Cannabis Technicians who are passionate about cannabis, take pride in doing things the right way, and want to be part of a company that is growing fast and going places.

This role is for people who want more than just a job. It is for people who want to show up, work hard, learn, grow, and help build something from the ground up. We want teammates who care about the product, care about the team, and share the same end goal: to help build Baked Beans Farm into something great.

If you are someone who brings energy, hustle, and a strong work ethic every day, there is real opportunity here to grow with us and be rewarded for it.

What You'll Do

As a Cannabis Technician, you will be a key part of our production team and day-to-day operations. Responsibilities may include:

  • Operating production equipment according to company SOPs
  • Assisting in the manufacturing and packaging of cannabis products including infused pre-rolls, gummies, chocolates, concentrates, and vape carts
  • Supporting production workflows with speed, consistency, and attention to detail
  • Cleaning and sanitizing equipment, tools, and work areas to maintain a safe and compliant facility
  • Following all safety procedures, hygiene standards, and Massachusetts cannabis compliance regulations
  • Working with the team to hit daily production goals and maintain quality standards
  • Assisting with inventory organization, material staging, and general production support
  • Participating in training and learning new skills across different production areas
  • Taking ownership of your work and contributing to a positive, high-performance team culture
What We're Looking For

We want people who are:

  • Passionate about cannabis and excited to be part of the industry
  • Hard-working, dependable, and ready to move with urgency
  • Team-oriented and willing to do what it takes to help the company succeed
  • Motivated by growth and open to learning new skills
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced production environment
  • Able to perform repetitive tasks with consistency and precision
  • Willing to work hard and put in long hours when needed to help the team reach goals
  • Focused, accountable, and ready to contribute to a growing startup culture
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or hands-on operations experience preferred
  • Cannabis industry experience is a plus, but not required for the right candidate
  • Knowledge of Massachusetts cannabis regulations is helpful, but willingness to learn is most important
  • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to follow SOPs, hygiene requirements, and safety standards at all times
Why Join Baked Beans Farm
  • Competitive pay
  • Paid time off and holidays
  • Opportunity for growth within a rapidly expanding company
  • Hands-on experience in a fast-growing cannabis manufacturing environment
  • A team culture built around hard work, accountability, and shared success
  • The chance to help build something real with people who care about the mission
Physical Demands

This role requires regular standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting, and repetitive hand movement throughout the shift. Employees must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds and work safely around production equipment, airborne particles, and cleaning materials. This is a physically active, hands-on role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
