Job summary

TRP is seeking a part-time Lead to join our Denver store at 2057 South Broadway, Denver, CO 80210. You will partner with the Co-Managers and GM to lead the team, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and maintain high visual standards.

You will oversee inventory, cycle counts, receiving deliveries, and train Inventory Associates, while driving loyalty program engagement and local community presence. This role requires weekend work and varying hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience supervising training, quality and customer service in retail.
• Microsoft Office skills in Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Passion for Cannabis culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team in partnership with GM and Co-Managers to achieve goals.
• Deliver TRP customer experience with product knowledge and visuals.
• Drive loyalty program engagement and repeat business.
• Manage inventory, receive deliveries, and perform cycle counts.
• Train and supervise Inventory Associates; monitor stock levels.
