FINO Brands seeks an experienced Director of Security to oversee all aspects of physical security, surveillance, and regulatory compliance across its cannabis operations.

The role requires directing security teams, monitoring site grounds and facilities, and ensuring robust incident response, training, and reporting. A strong background in security procedures and communication is essential.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent with security background.
• Experience in security and loss prevention is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of security protocol and procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee physical security, surveillance, and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate security team and implement procedures and plans.
• Monitor site grounds, facility, visitors, vendors and staff.
• Manage video surveillance, access control, and perimeter systems.
• Ensure compliance with Local, State and Federal regulations.
• Develop evacuation plans and security procedures for entrances and perimeter.
