This is a SALES position with store goals and friendly sales competitions. You will listen to customers, suggest products, upsell add-ons, explain usage, and promote our loyalty program. Must be 21+ and available evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Competenze
- Knowledge of cannabis products, uses, and accessories.
- Sales experience is required.
- 21 years or older.
Mansioni
- Actively listen to customer needs/wants.
- Advise and suggest products and strains that meet customer needs.
- Upsell products and sell add-ons to raise average sales.
- Explain proper usage of products.
- Inform customers about loyalty program.
