The Budtender will guide customers on product selection, upsell effectively, and stay informed about cannabis trends and regulations.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience is required.
• Experience with POS systems and cash handling practices preferred.
• Ability to meet KPIs and work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest level of service to customers and prioritize their experience.
• Meet or exceed sales targets using effective upselling techniques.
• Greet customers, verify IDs, and help with state-required forms.
• Maintain stock on the sales floor and assist with online order fulfillment.
• Educate customers on cannabis products and guidance on selecting genetics.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate when needed.
