Job summary

House of Dank in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking a Budtender to deliver exceptional customer service to medical and recreational customers. You will build relationships, advise on products and strains, and help customers find the right cannabis options.

This is a SALES role with store sales goals and friendly contests; you will upsell, explain usage, and promote the loyalty program while working varied hours, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Available for varied hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of cannabis products, uses, and accessories.
• Sales experience required.

The main duty of a Budtender is to provide excellent customer service to medical and recreational customers. Budtenders build relationships with customers in order to advise them on potential benefits of different products and strains based on their wants and needs.

This is a SALES position. There will be sales goals for the stores that the budtenders will work towards. There are also personal sales competitions with product and cash prizes.
