Cresco Labs' Sunnyside dispensaries are seeking a Wellness Advisor to guide customers—recreational, medical, and caregivers—in selecting cannabis products that best meet their needs. The role combines customer service, product knowledge, and state compliance to deliver a best-in-class experience throughout check-in, consultation, order fulfillment, and checkout.

The position emphasizes training, experiential learning, and a consultative, personalized sales approach, with flexible shifts

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in customer service (retail or hospitality preferred).
• Flexibility to work opening, closing, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to engage with customers.
• Demonstrated ability to learn and apply technical/product information in a professional consultative manner.
• Must be able to lift/carry/balance up to 50 pounds (100 pounds with assistance).

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide a best-in-class experience.
• Assist customers in product selection through education of cannabis products and effects.
• Apply selling and cross-selling techniques to build baskets.
• Verify IDs and documentation for customers and check orders for accuracy.
• Maintain records of dispensary activities and inventory.
• Keep the store organized, compliant, clean and safe.
• Escalate issues to management when needed.
