STIIIZY, a leading cannabis retailer in California, is seeking a General Manager-grade supervisor to lead the retail team and oversee daily operations in our Sand City location. You will model professionalism, motivate coworkers, and foster a culture of teamwork and strong product knowledge.

Responsibilities include training staff, inventory control, cash handling, and driving sales while ensuring compliance with state regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years of age.
• 2+ years retail management experience.
• 2-3 years in retail/hospitality management.
• Open availability: mornings, nights, holidays and weekends.
• Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Resolve customer/employee concerns professionally.
• Document HR processes per policy.
• Provide feedback to floor leads for development.
• Communicate goals and delegate tasks to ensure flow.
• Other duties may be assigned.
