Job summary

Jobtailor in Bristol, CT is seeking a Delivery Driver and Customer Care Associate to guide customers through their cannabis journey, educate them on product benefits, and facilitate purchases in compliance with state laws.

You will handle order processing, assist with returns, and move through the facility delivering packages while maintaining a clean workstation and providing exceptional service.

Qualifications

• High-school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 21 years of age, or 18+ in CT, PA, WV.
• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Capable of complying with state regulations in cannabis sales.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through their cannabis journey by explaining product benefits and potential side effects.
• Educate customers about products and their effects.
• Facilitate customer purchases in accordance with state regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service, empathy, compassion, and elevated patient service.
• Assist managers with returns according to company policy.
• Prepare and process patient orders efficiently.
• Follow Trulieve policies and procedures.
• Work with the leader on duty to enhance the customer experience.
• Assist customers with product or device issues.
• Document customer issues in profiles.
• Maintain a clean and well-stocked workstation.
• Move throughout the facility and handle objects up to 50 pounds.
• Perform delivery associate duties when needed.
