Job summary

STIIIZY in California is seeking part-time Sales Associates to be brand ambassadors in our cannabis retail stores. You will greet customers, share cannabis knowledge, advise on products, and help create a welcoming, compliant shopping experience.

This role starts at $19.50 per hour plus tips. You must be at least 21, have a high school diploma, and be able to work weekends and holidays. Union support and employee discounts are among the benefits STIIIZY offers to eligible staff.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• High school diploma.
• Open availability to work all hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work 2 weekend days (Fri-Sun) as required.

Responsibilities

• Advise customers on suitable cannabis products based on needs and preferences.
• Create authentic customer relationships to build loyalty.
• Accurately handle cash transactions and operate the POS system.
• Pick and pack orders and support store operations.
• Drive sales goals and contribute to business metrics.
