Curaleaf is hiring a Retail Store Associate in North Las Vegas. You will be the face of the brand, delivering top-notch service, guiding guests through our cannabis products, and ensuring a welcoming store experience.

You’ll handle transactions, upsell items, and participate in keeping the store organized and compliant. The role requires excellent communication, a team mindset, and flexibility across various shifts in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6+ months of customer-facing or sales experience.
• 6+ months of POS/cash handling experience.
• Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment.
• Ability to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, holidays, and some overnights.
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills; tech-friendly and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Upsell and promote products, building guest loyalty and signing up for rewards programs.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and follow all procedures and regulations.
• Maintain a clean, stocked store and support inventory tasks.
