Job summary

Curaleaf is seeking a Retail Sales Associate in Olympia Heights, FL to be the face of our brand and deliver top-tier service. You’ll help guests explore cannabis products, upsell, and process transactions with accuracy in a fast-paced store.

You’ll join a team focused on customer experience, compliance, and community engagement, working evenings and weekends as needed. A HS diploma and at least 6 months of customer-facing experience are required.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of customer-facing or sales experience.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to connect with customers and team members.
• Basic math and computer proficiency for transactions.
• Willingness to learn new tools to support daily operations and engagement.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
• Upsell products and highlight deals at checkout.
