You will greet guests, handle cash and transactions, enroll customers in rewards, maintain store standards, and support inventory and online orders. The role requires a high school diploma, 6 months of customer-facing experience, and flexibility for evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6+ months of customer-facing or sales experience.
• 6+ months of POS and cash handling experience.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a compliance-driven environment.
• Flexibility for evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional overnights.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests in a warm, professional manner; build authentic connections and offer product advice.
• Open/close the store, handle cash, and follow procedures; process transactions accurately.
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and stock; support inventory tasks and online orders.
• Meet daily sales goals through upselling and product knowledge; highlight deals at checkout.
• Stay informed about promotions and product updates; adapt to a fast-paced retail environment.
