Job summary

Curaleaf is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Associate to be the face of the brand in our Miami-area location. You’ll assist customers with cannabis product selections, process transactions at the register, and contribute to a welcoming, informative shopping experience.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, the ability to upsell, and adherence to store standards in a fast-paced environment. Weekend availability is strongly preferred, with a 15–25 hour weekly schedule and an hourly pay

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED.
• At least 6 months of experience in a customer-facing or sales role, with a strong focus on service and satisfaction.
• A minimum of 6 months of experience using point-of-sale (POS) systems and handling cash transactions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist all guests in a warm, professional manner to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
• Build genuine connections with customers and offer personalized product advice.
• Address concerns professionally and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Encourage loyalty by signing guests up for rewards programs.
• Help open/close the store, handle cash, and follow procedures/regulations.
