Curaleaf in Boca Raton, FL is hiring a part-time Retail Sales Associate to provide friendly, knowledgeable service and drive product knowledge and brand loyalty in a fast-paced cannabis retail setting.

You will greet guests, handle cash and transactions, enroll customers in rewards, maintain store standards, and support inventory and online orders. The role requires a high school diploma, 6 months of customer-facing experience, and flexibility for evenings and weekends.

Retail Sales Associate - Part Time

Shift Availability: 20 - 25 hours per week

Hourly Pay Rate: $15.50/hr

About the Role

The Retail Sales Associate is the face of Curaleaf, providing knowledgeable, friendly, and inclusive service to customers while expanding product knowledge, sales, and brand loyalty. The successful candidate will maintain store standards, manage cash & sales transactions accurately, and support the daily operations of a fast‑paced cannabis retail environment.

  • Check IDs, update customer profiles, and process transactions accurately.
  • Keep the store clean, organized, and fully stocked.
  • Support inventory tasks including restocking, fulfilling online orders, and counting products.
• Sales & Performance
  • Consistently meet daily sales goals through upselling and product knowledge.
  • Highlight deals and complementary items at checkout to boost customer satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about promotions and product updates.
  • Adapt to a fast‑paced, ever‑changing retail environment.
  • Take on additional duties to support team and store success.

What You’ll Bring

Physical Requirements

Employee is regularly required to stand, walk, talk or hear, stoop, kneel, crouch, and lift up to 25 lbs with occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs. Close vision required at 20 inches or less.

Work Environment
