Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 6+ months of customer-facing or sales experience.
• 6+ months of experience with POS/cash handling.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment.
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and some overnight shifts.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide warm, professional service.
• Offer personalized product advice and upsell when appropriate.
• Process transactions accurately at the register.
