Curaleaf is hiring a Retail Sales Associate for a part-time role at our Wells, ME location. You will greet customers, guide them through product options, and process transactions efficiently while maintaining a welcoming store environment.

This role requires strong customer service, cash handling, and POS experience in a fast-paced setting. You will support upselling, loyalty sign-ups, and store operations, ensuring accurate cash management and adherence to company standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 6 months in a customer-facing or sales role.
• Minimum 6 months of POS experience.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and some overnights.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
• Build connections and offer personalized product advice; upsell when appropriate.
• Process transactions accurately; handle cash and operate POS systems.
• Keep the store clean, stocked, and organized; support inventory tasks.
• Meet or beat daily sales goals and promote promotions and loyalty programs.
