Job summary

Green Thumb Industries (GTI) is seeking a RISE Personal Care Specialist to engage with patients and customers in a friendly, retail setting. You will connect each guest with the right GTI product and method of consumption while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Role involves educating customers about cannabis products, assisting at checkout, and supporting store operations to keep the dispensary welcoming, compliant, and well-stocked for every visitor.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• Ability to work a range of shifts including mornings, days, nights and weekends.
• Must have reliable attendance and be 21+ years old.
• Must pass background checks including state cannabis requirements.
• Possess valid driver’s license or state ID.

Responsibilities

• Engage with patients/customers in a retail environment.
• Educate on products, methods of consumption, and safety.
• Recommend a safe and effective regimen for each customer.
• Support store operations and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Assist in verifying deliveries and inventory checks.
