Hillfire is seeking a Patient Care Representative in Charleston, WV to assist patients in selecting cannabis products, provide product expertise, and ensure compliance with state regulations. You will engage with patients from entry to checkout in a fast-paced retail setting, maintaining a friendly, helpful demeanor similar to a barista, and support daily store operations.

The ideal candidate has hospitality/retail experience, strong communication, and the ability to learn cannabinoid

Competenze

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Recent hospitality/retail experience required.
• Knowledge of Hillfire policies and goals.
• Ability to learn cannabinoids and endocannabinoid system.
• Ability to listen well and communicate effectively.
• Proficient with office equipment and software.

Mansioni

• Follow established policies for sales and patient experience to ensure patient satisfaction.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of every product and strain in the store.
• Help patients make the right choices by explaining consumption methods and dosing.
• Correct cash handling and discount application.
• Verify proper paperwork, documentation, and ID for patients.
• Accurate use and maintenance of the POS system; update patient profiles in POS and state verification system.
• Maintenance of records and files as required.
• Assist in verifying order deliveries for accuracy.
• Maintain security measures and safety compliance.
• Maintain an organized and clean store; manage visitor log.
• Open communication with management and coworkers; report issues.
• Provide support to ensure store operations run smoothly and in compliance.
