Qualifications

• Over 7+ years in retail management with multi-unit leadership.
• Experience in cannabis or highly regulated industries preferred.
• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing retail teams.
• Data-driven with sales and ops metrics analysis.

Responsibilities

• Oversee district managers to hit sales and ops goals.
• Develop and execute retail strategies to grow revenue.
• Analyze metrics and drive KPI accountability.
