Job summary

Vireo Health of Rocky Mountain is seeking a Supervisor for a high-volume Westminster location to ensure operational excellence, inventory accuracy, and regulatory compliance. You’ll support the GM, lead back-of-house functions, and manage METRC/POS alignment across the store.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in retail ops or inventory management, 2+ years in leadership, and strong knowledge of METRC, POS, and Excel.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in retail operations or inventory management; cannabis industry experience strongly preferred.
• 2+ years of team leadership or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and shift delegation.
• Manage full inventory lifecycle, from intake to restocking and disposal.
• Maintain METRC and POS coordination for accurate tracking.
• Lead weekly cycle counts and monthly inventory audits.
• Ensure compliance with Colorado MED regulations and SOPs.
