Job summary

Vireo Health of Rocky Mountain is seeking an experienced Supervisor to lead inventory, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage back‑of‑house operations at our Westminster, Colorado dispensary. You will partner with leadership to optimize store performance, uphold METRC and POS standards, and maintain accuracy across all inventory movements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in retail operations or inventory management; cannabis industry experience strongly preferred.
• 2+ years of team leadership or supervisory experience.
• Deep knowledge of METRC, inventory control processes, and regulatory compliance.
• Must be 21+ and eligible to obtain Colorado MED badge.
• Familiarity with POS systems and store technology.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store functions including shift delegation and opening/closing duties.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and METRC/POS coordination.
• Lead weekly cycle counts and monthly inventory audits.
• Enforce Colorado MED regulations and SOPs across operations.
• Train Inventory Associates and act as MOD as needed.
