Job summary

Ayr Wellness is seeking an Inventory Lead to support the Inventory Manager and dispensary staff by supervising inventory control measures and ensuring accuracy. The role emphasizes leadership, accountability, and a positive team environment.

The successful candidate will regularly compare physical stock to system quantities, drive inventory accuracy, and participate in order processing and reporting to meet internal and state requirements.

Qualifications

• Must adhere to all state cannabis regulations.
• Must meet age requirements set by state cannabis agency.
• Must pass all background checks as required by state cannabis agency.
• Must be able to accommodate varied shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.

Responsibilities

• Support retail operations by driving inventory accuracy through stock management, variances, storage, menu updates, and consumption.
• Perform inventory counts, weekly audits, and adjustments to support the retail business.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the facility and ensure proper storage of inventory.
• Participate in the flow of physical stock for order processing.
• Report any irregularities to the Inventory Supervisor/Manager.
• Ensure menus (digital and physical) are up to date and accurate.
• Provide regular reporting as required by operations and state requirements.
• Ensure product is stocked on the sales floor and ready for purchase.
• Communicate variance issues or missing information to enable proper imputing of orders.
